What is Fine Dine Delivery? Fine Dine Delivery is a mobile service that brings food to your doorstep! Time is one thing we never have enough of these days, and that is the biggest thing we offer-saving people time, by delivering meals to their home, office or hotel room. We utilize partnerships with 8 local restaurants and we definitely plan to add more as the word spreads. So tell your friends, family, neighbors and especially the managers at your favorite restaurants about Fine Dine Delivery! Just call us (or order online) and choose from the listed menus and we'll do the rest! In the simplest terms, all you do is: Order - Relax - Eat!!!
So how does it work? Great question! Our concept is simple-you can place your order via phone (272-FINE)3463 or Internet (www.finedinedelivery.com). Then sit back - we do the rest - from placing the order, dispatching your mobile waiter and bringing it to your home, office or hotel room. It's really that easy!
How long does it take to get my order? Average delivery time runs 45-60 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to get the order to the restaurant, the restaurant to prepare your meal, and the mobile server to get it safely to your door. Our drivers use insulated thermal bags, so your food arrives hot, fresh and ready to eat. Restaurant prep times, adverse weather, road or traffic conditions could also affect delivery times. So please understand if delivery time is running longer than 60 minutes, for the safety of our Fine Dine Delivery Drivers!
How much does it cost? All orders include a charge of $3.99 in addition to the total food and beverage order. Sales tax also applies to all purchases. Need us to stop at another restaurant; we can for an additional $2.00. The minimum food order is $15.00 per restaurant stop, before tax and beverage.
What forms of payment are accepted? Payments can be made with Cash, Corporate Checks, Corporate Account Charge or Major Credit Card (No personal checks please). We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. For your protection, credit card and ID must be present upon delivery.
Can gratuity be given? Definitely! Our mobile waiters receive a portion of the delivery fee. The mobile waiters use there (his/her) own vehicles and they work for additional compensation which is received from tips. Gratuity comparable to what you would tip a waiter/waitress inside a restaurant would be greatly appreciated. Orders over $40.00 have an automatic gratuity of 10% added.
What about Gift Certificates and/or Coupons? Gift Certificates are available in $10.00 and $25.00 denominations. Please have Certificate or Coupon ready when order is delivered. Restaurant Coupons and other special offers through restaurants are not valid with Fine Dine Delivery orders.
